I have recently received an email allegedly from Norton headed "Avoid email phishing scams with these 7 essential tips".  The email invites me to click on a web link, which is exactly what I should not do if this is a phishing email.  How can I tell if this email is authentic?  And couldn't Norton find a smarter way of distributing such tips...?
