Ran into a problem with Password Manager. It just could not get past loading. The answer to the problem was to turn off the phone and then restart.
Thanks for letting us know about the fix in your case. Others have seen a restart of their device as a solution for different issues. Just like on a Windows computer.
That does not work with my devices. Help is appreciated.
