If you are using the VPN function in the new 360 product, there is currently no way to start the feature automatically. Norton has said they are looking into allowing better control of starting the feature in a future version of 360.

The Norton Secure VPN for Android is completely different code base.
It does not start automatically when you start your device. But you can set your Norton VPN to connect automatically when you connect to an unsecured network.
