Hi, Everyone....I select Classic view for what I see first on opening my Norton but it does not respond to that. Am I missing something or is that no longer available? I find Classic View more useful to do normal chores and checking on how the PC is working.

Switch between My Norton and classic windows
Start Norton.
If you see the Norton classic window, click My Norton.
In the My Norton window, click the settings icon.
Under Launch View, do one of the following:
To view My Norton window during launch, select My Norton.
To view classic window during launch, select Classic.
Switch between My Norton and classic windows from the Windows notification area
In the notification area on the taskbar, right-click the Norton icon, and do one of the following:
To view My Norton window during launch, select Open My Norton.
To view the classic window during launch, select Norton 360.

Thank you for the help. I never associated the Classic View with being Norton 360.
