withdrawing crypto

I tried withdrawing the eth i mined. but the network fees take up 80% of what i mined. Is this normal. I just tried to transfer 0.0021 eth to coin base i am only able to get 0.00047. Is the network fees going to rise as i mine more or what?

My understanding is the these transaction fees are set by the exchange and not by Norton.
