Why has the Hate Rate calculating not been showing up?

i'm getting like 0.06 an hour with a rtx 2070 super?

It's been nearly triple that

Same here - sometimes hash rate is 9 MH/s (down from like 38 in the last 3 to 4 days) and sometimes idle.

I was about to reach my next payout at 0.004 and now when I logged into my Norton wallet there are two light blue circles just spinning round and when I select the mining tab to check my hash rate and how close I am to my next payout nothing is showing up it also shows that I am idle when I am actually mining. Before it showed I was mining. So does this mean I am not going to get paid my next payout or is all that progress been lost?
