I can't set up Antitrack. Do I need a separate account for Antitrack?

I can't set up Antitrack. It asks me to log in to do setup and it doesn't accept my Norton Sign what gives. Do I need a separate account for Antitrack?

Hi Michael,

You should be able to use existing Norton Account to set up Norton AntiTrack. Could you please let me know the error and build version of AntiTrack. 

You can check the build version by clicking on system tray icon. 'About' option should show you build version.

I have just paid for Norton AntiTrack but it wont load and I keep getting an error!
