Norton Antitrack prevents Quicken from opening

After installing AntiTrack I was unable to open Quicken.  I uninstalled AntiTrack and Quicken opened--albeit very slowly.  (Quicken began opening slowly after Norton 360 updates--but at least it opened until AntiTrack was installed.

Also AntiTrack add-ons/extensions to MS Edge and Google Chrome do not stay installed and Windows (10) continues to report errors.  Firefox extension seemed to work ok---so I removed AntiTrack.
