VPN error 809 occurs in Windows although not in Mac OS.

Hi,

Windows 10's Norton 360's VPN component encounters an error when I try to connect it through a certain sub-net: 809.

But it does not occur in Mac OS 11, and there, it works.

It seems to be due to the effective absence of Universal Plug'n'Play protocol on the router, which I cannot configure elsehow.

1/2) So it seems to be due to the version respective to the OS, but I'd like to know if it is true or wanted.
