Norton Antitrack sofware will not install

I recently purchased the Norton Antitrack software from the Norton Website.  I was never able to get past the first page when I started the program.  It states" Select another method", but then the continue button does not work.  I uninstalled and reinstated the program three times.  I then contacted Norton support who was unable or unwilling to assist in resolving the problem.  I finally asked for a refund, which they refused to honor.  Remember I only purchased this software 8 days ago and never got it to work.  I can't believe a company like Norton is so Arrogant that they will treat a customer that way.  I have contacted Visa to dispute the charge.  BE AWARE!
