During Antitrack setup, Select All Squares box which is part of the security check does not function correctly

I have purchased and downloaded Anti Track.  When I try to set it up, the Select All Squares box which is part of the security check does not function correctly, the bottom half of the box is not shown so I cannot click to proceed. See picture.

I have tried to resolve this with the online chat, a very limited in response robot, the telephone number for the Support line does not display and the Facebook group did not respond on two ocassions.

Please help.

Outstanding Gayathri, just outstanding.  Reducing the text size did the trick and I was able to set up Anti Track without further issue.

Did you try to expand the window size by dragging the edge down? 

If you have your display scaling settings  at more than 100%, we have seen other users reporting Norton windows not playing nice with settings over 100%.

Thank you for your reply.  No, the window does not expand by dragging.  I reduced the window scaling from 100% to 90% and it did not make any difference.

Are you signed into your Norton Account in your Norton 360 when you try to set up Anti Track? Maybe that will bypass the need to sign in during setup.

When trying to use the chat feature, when the bot asks you any question, try replying "Agent please". I have found that often helps these bots to connect you to a real person.

Yes, I have logged into my acount through the N360 desktop icon and then tried to set up Anti Track, but the set up defaults to the log in to account and includes the malfunctioning Select All Images box.

Norton Support channels are chat or phone. You can also try Facebook or Twitter. There are links for the latter at the bottom of these forum pages.

Or try chat again and try the tip I suggested above about entering 'agent please' after any bot response.

So far all the suggestions from previous replies have not solved this issue, and I thank them for trying.  The telephone help lines are an embarrassment and I urge Norton to revise the telephone help line use.  

I have been trying to resolve this issue for around 10 days now and the lack of success certainly highlights some shortcomings.

Hi @Badco.,

We are looking into this.

I see that you have already tried changing Display Scale settings. As a workaround, could you try changing the 'Text Size' / 'Font Scale' to 100% and let me know if that helps?

The solution described in this thread did not solve my issue, which has occurred after successful installation of Norton Anti Track. Regardless of scaling parameters, or text size, the Anti Track dialogue box does not correctly display the contents of it's reporting window. This is a code issue and should be resolved during the next major release. For now, the dialogue box statistics will be ignored, and my system will be restored to 125% scaling. The issue is not solved unfortunately, but I know that Peter Norton's team will solve this eventually, because since 1988, I have never encountered a single issue with a Norton Symantec product. The code always works.
