Why the hell is my Ether Mining Wallet Balance dropping before my eyes?

My miner has been going all morning only for me to watch my balance go BACKWARDS! Hash rate at 50, running a 3060ti. Quite frustrated. I almost lost a whole dollar before I stopped the miner. Such a joke! Anyone else having similar issues?

I had it happen a while back, balance dropped as I was watching it; lost numerous hours of mining and never got it back nor an explanation.  I have also been seeing poor balance increase ETH rate per hr in the last month or so.  Mostly just under my par and some mining periods where it is 50% or less of par at the same low 20s HR (3060 non-TI).  MAN, we need a log on this thing! I remember people complaining about the low balance increases a little while back too, still happening.  This a big reason why I don't mine much anymore, why use my rig up if I don't get good results.
