I am running Norton 360 under W10 with two users (Admin and a general user). The PC normally runs under the general user account and all of my critical data is held on a NAS dive. I am trying to implement Cloud Backup but am unable to do this from the general user account where I am told to sign in as admin. I have tried running Norton 360 from the general user account with admin privileges but still get told to login as admin. I have logged in to the admin account where I am able to access Cloud Backup but, although the NAS drive shows up in Explorer,it is not shown in the list of available drives/folders in Cloud Backup. In short, I am stuffed. any ideas?
