Low speed VPN server Spain

Bad network response times when I activate Norton VPN for the Spain region.
I attach the output of the 'ping' command to google.es, where a 36% loss of packets and latency times of 150 ms are observed. Therefore, the Norton VPN for Spain causes a terrible speed and an unstable connection.

Please fix the bad response times of the Norton VPN server in the Spain region.

And without using any Norton VPNs, communications are very good, with constant latency times of 3ms, and no packet loss. The network is OK, fine.

The overhead that Norton VPN introduces is remarkable. And in the case of the VPN for Spain, it is not affordable, very high, and with an unstable service.
