New "Suspicious Link" message won't go away.

A new message has just popped up on a site I selected. It says "Suspicious Link" in a red box.

I found the message below describing it. My problem is I cannot get it to go away. I tried to somehow delete, closed the web site, nothing causes it to go away it is still there. Need help getting rid of this annoying message.

Norton now warns you of suspicious links in your email to protect you from malicious activity.

Maybe, turn off Link Guard in Safe Web Settings.

Would you care to share web site domain with me in private message?

Re: New "Suspicious Link" message won't go away.

It worked but user has to go through several steps to get to Off. If want back on same thing I think. Should be easier and faster. Shouldn't have to go anywhere else to turn off or on. A toggle switch adjacent or attached to warning will be so much more user friendly and convenient.

Hmm, so a toggle switch for that suspicious link...or, you'd prefer a global toggle switch for all suspicious links? Trying to imagine how that would work. Once the suspicious link warning is opted off. How would you opt the suspicious link warning on? Maybe, a one-time ignore option?
Maybe, you'd prefer local whitelisting.
Sorry, Norton Safe Web does not have local whitelisting.
Maybe, an idea for suggestion box.

Link Guard offers protection from unsafe hyperlinks when you access them in your web browsers. It looks for the reputation of the URL's that appear in your emails and social media pages. If any URL is found suspicious, Link Guard warns before you open the website or before sharing the URL with your family and friends.

On finding the suspicious URLs, Link Guard highlights them in red and the pop-up appears over the suspicious URL.

Link Guard is available for all users who have installed the Norton Safe Web extension. To know how to turn off Link Guard, see Turn off Link Guard in Norton Safe Web.
