Hello, I would like to exclude some apps from the partental control time limit, meaning even if the available time is only let´s say 2h, I would like to release one specific app, in that case Spotify. Consequently, my child would be able to listen to music with spotify, but is not able to play on the mobile phone. Is that possible? Thank you!

There has to be an exclusion list. As parents we are in control, not Norton. This is a must have. It’s not just Spotify. You need to make sure children can message an allowed list after curfew as well as calls
