norton 360 deluxe

hi folks

ive been using norton internet security for years without any issues,however,ive run into a problem with norton 360 deluxe.i upgraded from internet security yesterday to 360 deluxe and it all went well.the issue i have is,i cant turn on the vpn.i cant see any vpn settings in the main window of norton.i also put it on my phone last night and that works as it should.i dont appear to have any reference to vpn in my norton.no drop down menus,nothing about vpn anywhere that i can find.ive checked google and according to google i should be able to see the vpn in the norton window.any help would be good........many thanks

hiya

yeh,ive tried that and its just the same.ive gone over everything and it should be there but no sign of turn on vpn.ive taken 360 deluxe off and tried 360 premium with the same results.ive give up with a vpn from norton and im using a free one that works just fine.thanks for your help bionici7

Have you opened My Norton in the main user interface? The below interface is what should show next.

try start the program 1 ore 2 times maybe server problems to show it like if you got Norton Utilities
