Refund for annual renewal, Norton is not answering/helping - I can’t get in contact with anyone!!

I have messaged the chat online countless times (they’ve cancelled my contract) but when I ask for a refund they say to call customer service (the number isn’t in service??) I feel scammed! When I went to chat to an agent online, the ‘chat now’ button wouldn’t work even though I had allowed pop up’s in my browser. I need this fixed. Norton Secure VPN for Apple iPhone

You can only request a refund within 60 days of purchase.

Did you get your VPN subscription directly from Norton, or through the Apple App Store? If from Apple, use this information from Apple Support.   https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084  If from Norton, you do need to contact Norton Support. The chat agent should be able to help with your request.     

Things that can interfere with the chat function are ad blockers and VPNs. You can also use a PC or Mac to make your request.
