VPN not releasing IP address to normal ip address when it is turned off.

Now finding that the VPN address is being retained on one of my pc's when it is turned off and not on the other and it is giving UK websites an address in North America so cannot log ion to UK restricted sites like the BBC for their Iplayer content.  Come on Norton get a grip.  What have you done to the VPN service.  This only started about 3 weeks ago.
