How do I turn off Norton Secure VPN?

I have a problem with my HP Printer.  It requires me to turn off my VPN when scanning.  However, I cannot find on Norton 360 where I do so.  Can someone advise me.

Open the new 360 My Norton interface by right clicking the Norton icon in the system tray and click on Open My Norton. Then if the VPN feature is turned on, click on Turn off beside it.
