What is your available assets amount? It must reach a certain amount based on the current gas fees and the amount of shares submitted (the work your machine has performed) with respect to hashing and time.

Can you try 1 thing, log into my.norton.com with your proper credentials and make sure 2 factor authentication is turned on and working. During login it should ask for your second factor unless you chose to "trust this device" in a previous login.

Then try again in the norton crypto wallet.

When you say you can't withdraw, does it mean the button is disabled or do you get an error message?

You are correct, the Withdraw button is disable. I went back into my account/setting, Two Factor activated. I even try to disable it and turning back on with no luck on the Withdraw button.

I might have to call the help line,
