Does VPN block ALL internet traffic for you too? Perhaps its a feature, not a bug.

As per usual, after a few days or weeks, VPN "makes my connection secure" by blocking ALL internet traffic (even to Norton sites! Well, at least they don't play favorites). Has anyone else had this problem? (Asking for a friend.)
