How do I cancel and get a refund for my Norton?

I HAVE TRIED ALL AVENUES OF ACESS AND HAVE BEEN BLOCKED. IS IT IPOSSIBLE TO GET A REFUND AND EXIT NORTON.

Norton Community does not have access to your Norton account, subscription nor payment information. 
Please Contact Official Norton Support regarding your subscription/refund.

I Sign'd In to my Norton account -> Contact Norton Support -> Chat Support: Chat Now

I click'd "Manage my account" -> "Something else" and type'd "Live Agent" until ChatBot Kate reply: "transferring you to a specialist for further assistance".
