Norton VPN slows internet speed by 99%.Changing countries in not an option. I need the VPN for the country I am doing business in. If I can’t get a straight answer out of Norton soon I will have to terminate Norton and look elsewhere

I am in Phillipines. I have 125mbps. When I connect to the VPN (Sydney Australia) both iPhone & PC go down to 1mbps. I need Australia, changing countries is not an option.

Have you tried changing countries, just as a test to see if the speed changes?
