I just purchased the entry-level Norton protection for my Mac ($20), and as God is my witness getting the darn program up and running might as well be as exercise in learning how to speak Pig Latin, nothing makes sense and the tutorials suck. I don't imagine that I can get a refund but I darn sure won't be clicking in any of the multiple links links to try to figure what should be an easy effort. As far as I'm concerned this was a lesson to me on how NOT to be sucked in on the Internet... or at least have a computer savvy friend nearby to assist with the techie issues that many of us just don't understand. Lesson learned for $20! PS: if this post gets deleted for negativity or any other violation of proper decorum at least I feel better, albeit I'm still out of pocket for what should have been an easy issue. All respect to you computer gurus can handle things like this with ease and grace.
