I have done what support says to do. Uninstall, reinstall, change key, and it still says "Re-activate to repair"

Do you have a separate paid subscription to NUP, or are you using the free bonus that was offered for having Auto Renewal set up for your 360 subscription?

If you are using the free bonus, Norton is no longer offering this bonus. As a result, you will lose access to NUP for one of two reasons.

  • You turn off auto renewal for your 360 subscription
  • The current 360 subscription that got you access to the free bonus expires. Even if you have auto renewed again.
