norton bootable recovery tool with windows pe environment instead of linux

i keep getting an error message in the linux one so they should probably do a windows pe one theyve done it before because the old norton antivirus and norton internet security cds were bootable and had the windows pe environment plus it doesnt need as much memory to function properly
