Password Manager interferes with page correct loading

I have been using Password Manager for years and this is the first time I have an issue like this. For some unknown reason, when PM's Chrome extension is active, it makes a website to crush. Then I deactivate it, the website works perfectly. 

When PM is active, the website does not show all the pictures and in some cases it shows the following error message: "Web page blocked". 

The website is safe, it's a government website.

1. Slowness in loading content

2. Web Page blocked
