As with so many other people, I'm really dissapointed for this failure to work on Chrome. I've been subscribed to Norton 360 for more years than I can remember, and I just don't Understand why this issue is not fixed.
So much for automatic renewal. Very Dissapointed.

Can you please let us know what is the issue you are facing with Norton Password Manager while using on Chrome browser?

Certainly, I've read many posts with the same issue.
It works fine for some days, and then suddenly it just freezes, totally non-reactive to click. And it doesn't auto complete name and passwords in any page. Restarting it, doesn't work . Cache cleaning and restarting browser also doesn't work. The only way to solve it is deleting and reinstalling.
And then some days later it happens again. This happens in more than one computer I use.

Continuing intermittant problem with NPM and browser (Chrome) with VPN enabled. I suspect it happens when Chrome updates. Happened to me just now. Had VPN enabled and attempted to open NPM in Chrome. Got the "Something Went Wrong" popup. Turned off VPN and then could sign into NPM in Chrome. Then I went back and enabled VPN again. Screwy...shouldn't have to do this workaround to get into NPM in Chrome. This happens randomly and seems to happen when Chrome updates. Norton is aware of this and is supposed to be working on a "fix". I have given them info to help them troubleshoot. Hope Norton fixes this...has been going on for quite some time.
I have HP Home Edition Win 10/vers 21/H2. Norton 360 22.22.4.11, Chrome ver. 102.0.5005.115 (latest update). Norton Password Manager 7.5.2.62.
