Norton 365 (10 Licence) But ONE PC has not got "Software Updater"

As stated I have the TEN Licence product but the HP i7 is not offering the 'Software Updater' that is being used on other ones. The machine IS fully up-to-date and ALL are running the latest Windows10 (Home & Professional). I have done the 'Version Check' as well. But even the offer for it is just not shown on the 'My Norton' page. 

Thank you all in eager anticipation of any kind assistance in this matter

The software updater feature is still being released in a phased manner, as there have been many reports here of issues with this feature. The feature being released by Norton is turned on and off as required to throttle the release. So it is entirely dependent on the time you installed the product, or ran a LiveUpdate as to whether or not you get this feature. I still have not seen it in my 360 installations.

There is nothing you can do to force the update.

Hi there, Thanks for the reply on this. Firstly I have to admit my Boo-Boo - its Norton "360" not 365 (I cannot even say its a typo as the '0' is not even close to the '5'). I understand what you state and it looks like, as you say, a 'Waiting Game'. Much appreciated.
