I want refund of my annual subscription

It has been literally impossible for me to figure about how to request a refund in Norton website. I don't know how to get in contact with Customer service team. I require a solution asap. Thanks

Norton Community does not have access to your Norton account, subscription details nor payment method.  

  • Norton sends (for annually recurring subscriptions) email notice (with price, term, and related details) usually about 30-45 days before current term expiry. 
  • Users report Norton pulls recurring subscription payment usually about 30-45 days before current term expiry. 
  • Users report approx 30-45 days before current term expire...not being able to change Automatic Renewal Service setting. 

Norton Community does not have access to your Norton account, subscription details nor payment method. 
Please Contact Norton Support regarding your subscription/refund.
