Promotional pop-ups, How to turn them off.

I can't start my computer without at least one Norton pop-up promotional advertisement showing up immediately. This is really a big annoyance. I am already paying for almost every product they offer and I do not want to be asked everyday/several times a day if I want to buy more. This is really crappy and unprofessional marketing. I use sever different computers throughout the course of a day all connected to the same account. I do not need to have the interruptions. How can I get this stopped? 

Norton 360/Win10 & Win 11

Steps to reproduce the issue? Wake up my computer.
