'No Info' when scanning Google app in Google Play Store

Hello,

I manually update my apps on my phone and Norton always scans them first before I update. I noticed when Norton scanned my Google app, it says "No Info". What does that mean? is it OK to update the app? It has said "No Info" for a while with the Google app-since last month, I think, so I haven't updated it. All my other apps have the green "safe".

I saw the same thing for the Google app update, with all other apps showing green. As it is a Google app offered in the Google Play Store, and they are supposed to vette all apps anyway, I went ahead and allowed the update. 

It sounds like maybe Google did not include the information that Norton looks for, such as permissions required by the app.
