Can't connect VPN Norton 360 Deluxe

Hello,

I try to connect VPN, but it doesn't work.  I try to select region manually, Restart my device, reinstall Norton 360 again, but it doesn't work. When I try to connect, it doesn't show any error message why it doesn't connect. Please give any proper solution.
