How do I get password manager to recognize the bank mobile app

I have my bank loaded in Password Manager to access the bank on my windows 10 computer.  I have Password Manager loaded on my android S10 phone.  When I try access my bank on my android phone, the bank login will not load the user id and password.  How do I get password manager to recognize the bank mobile app so that it will autofill the username and password.  Is there a way to load the bank mobile app on password manager?

Not all apps can be autofilled.

You should use cut and paste for now and maybe let a moderator know about your app so Norton can put it on their bucket list.
