new norton vpn, keeps disconnecting on pc

Just recently installed Norton 360 and today tried to use the vpn. It connected and almost immediately it disconnects.  I have looked online for all solutions I could find.  I then saw that I am supposed to install it on windows.  I did and this is what I got :

The remote connection was not made because the name of the remote access server did not resolve.   I have tried changing the area to another country but makes no difference.  I even entered my own area and it still disconnected.  Do I perhaps have to change some security/firewall settings.  Please help.
