Norton Password Manager And Android Apps

I have a Note 20. Norton Password Manager (NPM) will not fill in my login details when I use an Android app. For example if I visit my energy provider in a browser, NPM will fill in my login details. However if I use the Android app for my energy provider (installed on my phone), NPM will not fill in the login details, stating no login details found. This happens for all login details when using any Android app, even though I know the login details are there in my Vault, and the Vault is unlocked. All my NPM settings are correctly set. Separately, NPM will not ask me to save logins when I visit and log in to my sites. In this instance, it doesn't matter whether I use a browser or an Android app, NPM never asks me to save the login. I always use an Android phone for all my online activities and I would really like to get NPM working correctly. Thanks for any help.

Hi, I did this already and as I posted all NPM settings and permissions are aready set correctly. I can open my vault and log in ok from inside the vault and also NPM logs me in when using a browser. It still does not log me in when using Android apps. Both options for autofill are selected in settings (browser autifill and in app autofill). Thanks for responding.

Users cannot add logins for apps that Norton has not coded into the Norton Password Manager, NPM, app.

Unfortunately, the list of apps supported does not seem to get updated very often. What app are you trying to use? Maybe we can escalate your request to add the app you are using.
