The App Store keeps on giving me the Norton 360 30 day Trial

Ive been trying to install Norton 360 several times with no success on another device from my Norton account. When I get to Tap on 'Download App Store' it downloads the Norton 360 30 Day Trial every time, No 'get' on the app: My iPhone version 13.7 which is supported  by Norton, Ive downloaded onto devices from 'Google Play Store, with Android, no problem, any solutions please would be very much appreciated.

During the install process for the 360 app, you will see 'Start 30 day trial', but you should also see a 'I already have a subscription' or a 'Sign In' link. You use that to activate the product by signing into your Norton Account.

Many thanks Peterweb for your help, it didnt really work it just gave me Free Trial payment option as if I wanted to purchase Norton after the 30 days Free Trial. What I tried was sign into my Norton account from the iPhone, tapped the download icon on my subscription page, then I had to sign into Apple App; store, and now its downloaded and installed Norton. Dont they make things complicated or dont explain it in simple terms.

So is Norton now working correctly on your iPhone?

When you first installed 360, you should have seen the screen below. You should only have tapped on Sign In. That would have logged you into your Norton Account and activated your 360. 

A quick FYI regarding your iPhone being on iOS 13.7. Norton supports the current and past two versions of iOS. So with iOS 16 now released, Norton will only be supporting iOS 16, 15, and 14.  You will still be able to use your current installed 360, but if you have to uninstall it for any reason, you will not be able to reinstall.
