Network blocking VPN on WiFi and mobile data

Was working fine and then suddenly can’t connect. Tried on WiFi and on mobile data. Signed out restarted phone and signed back in but still won’t connect. Get message that network is blocking and to change network

Edit: issue resolved itself.

There are several networks (wifi) that I use that throttle the VPN so much it is useless to use. Other wifi networks I use do not throttle the data at all and the speed is very good.

There have been a few posts about this outage. Looks like it was some global issue that resolved itself.
