Norton 360 keeps showing an IP address is trying to access NordLynx.appex even when app blocking is disabled

So I have been using NordVPN for a while and recently I turned on kill switch. It looks like NordVPN switches to NordLynx protocol for it. Ever since I get more than 10 annoying notifications every day even for the same IP asking me if I should allow that IP to access NordLynx.appex or not. I have Application Blocking turned off. I have attached a screenshot:

Even if I chose Always allow option for that IP, it will again pop up after a while or after system restarts or after the machine resumes from sleep. This is just too annoying. I have generally noticed this issue is often triggered after the machine resumes from sleep. I had reported a similar annoying issue when Application blocking is enabled. Norton, please do thorough testing of your software!!

Any updates on if this bug will be fixed in the future? It can be easily replicated if NordVPN skill switch is enabled then put the machine to sleep for a few minutes then wake up from sleep. It's just annoying to do the same thing every day!!

I got 8.8.1 update yesterday and today I can see this bug has still not been fixed!! Norton, don't you have QA developers or thorough testing process? Every time I resume my machine from sleep, I have to select Allow even for Always allow ** item.

This is very annoying as I have to do that so many times a day. When this annoying bug be fixed? After ages?
