Upgrading from Norton 360 to Norton 360 Advanced

I already have Norton 360 but a few days ago I upgraded to Norton 360 Advanced, which has Identity theft protection built in (I hope).  I downloaded it and installed it successfully on top of the existing Norton 360 on that PC. When I fire up the app on Windows, among the listed products (e.g. Secure VPN, Cloud Backup etc) is "ID Theft Protection".

However when I try to install it on my other machines (all Windows 11), I download the latest N360Downloader.exe from the my subscriptions page and install it.  However it just displays a message "Norton 360 installed successfully".  It doesn't attempt to install the Advanced version, it just sees that Norton 360 is already installed and bombs out with that message.  The resulting My Norton window also doesn't show "ID Theft Protection".
It refuses to install Norton 360 Advanced on any of the other machines covered by my subscription.
Does anyone know what's going on here?
