Two white right arrows appeared in blue box on all desktop icons

Two white arrows in blue boxes have appeared on all my Windows 11 desktop icons.  I have read that this may be Norton-related. However, i have just uninstalled Dropbox and deleted all Dropbox files, so I suppose this could also be related.  Any help would be appreciated.

Solved my own problem. These are backup status overlays that suddenly appeared, possibly when I changed to the new Dashboard.

Solution:

Change back to Classic dashboard. Click on Backup, Settings. Uncheck "Backup status overlays".
