Whenever I happen to think about my Norton Android coverage, I go to apps & look at Norton. It always seems to be turned off. Why doesn't it run continuously if it's going to be of use?

Once the app is installed, the protection features are always running in the background. You do not have to have the 360 app open unless you want to check or change something in the app.
