You do not need, and you cannot have multiple names on a subscription.

You can install on someone else's device if you are willing to share your subscription. From the Norton 360 interface, click on the link to 'Install on another device". Follow the directions to install on another device and send the email invite to the person you want to share with. That email will have instructions to install a pre activated copy of 360 on their device.
