Apparently, Norton Utilities Premium is now only available as a separate purchase. I received no notice of the change in the program's availability. It was available for download and activation for free from Norton for a long time with an expiration date sometime in 2050. I have used it for a while and liked the features. However, as of yesterday, December 21, 2022, my software required "reactivation" which appears to mean purchase only to get the activation key. Very frustrating, and I am not happy with this change from Norton.

Does appear Norton are reneging on a previous promise. Same Xmas present with my account. Clearly “Loyalty” is not considered of value to the “Marketing” team. I shall not forget or forgive. No warning of this and the ineffective response from Norton only supports the avaricious marketing of this product, and contempt of the loyal base!

Well is there a way to downgrade back to the Non-Premium Norton Utilities, that is the question?

Yes obviously a slap in the face to loyal NIS customers.
