Why do I keep getting emails to activate my Norton AntiTrack?

I keep getting emails to activate my Norton AntiTrack. It is already installed and working. When I go to my account it shows 1 license used. Do I have to uninstall and re-install it?

I bought a subscription for 3 devices through retail. This worked on 2 devices but will not install on the 3rd. Uninstalled all reference to nortons but it keeps reactivating the old version and norton claims all 3 were activated.
Why do I keep getting ads to buy a new service from Norton when it should already be included in my Norton 360?
