Password Manager extension in Chrome needs repeated "repair"

If anyone has any suggestions, because support chat are useless, I would appreciate hearing if anyone has solved the issue of Chrome extension for Password Manager needing "repair" every time Chrome is opened, following a significant Norton update to the main NIS software

It's incredibly annoying, happens every time, and the Devs do not appear to care enough to address this.

Reinstalling the extension or the main NIS program does not solve this. Nor does restarting the computer (the best suggestion from chat support). Chrome is up to date. Issue only happens after a NIS update.

Wondered if there is an email address to which these findings can be reported straight to Devs, given there is no faith in the "reporting" of the Chat Support team. Anyone have an email please?

Well there is no email address which can link you directly to developers but what you can do in this case, you can contact Norton support once and inform them about this issue and let them know that it is a recurrent issue and you want to escalate it and getting to know about the seriousness of the issue that surely will escalate the case.

The whole NPM in Windows 11 with Norton December install requires multiple logins and the icon has been removed from the top of the browser so it does not give you an easy way to access the vault.
