I need to speak with a technician. How do I do it?

I am unable to access Lifelock. I need to answer alerts and edit settings. When I try to access the app a blank screen comes up with the word BACK in the upper left corner of the page. I have reinstalled Norton 3 times to no avail. I have checked my graphic drivers. What I can't do is talk with a technician. I'm getting close to the point of canceling Norton (been with them for more than twenty years). Norton 360 with Lifelock Ultimate Plus. Wiindows 11 pro,
