Password Vault asking for manual password

Recently, for only one account, Norton asks me to type in my vault password rather than sending a notification to my phone. Logging on to this site formerly worked as normal with my phone. This happens only with one site, every other one sends a request to my phone. This is all on the same browser. Why is it not sending a phone notification as it does for every other site? This change in behavior is only in the last month or so. I'm on Norton 360 version 22.22.11.12 running on Windows 10 64 bit.
