Automatic renewal

I have followed every instructions on Norton to cancel or find out if I have auto renewal on my account buy cant see anywhere that shows cancel or activate auto renewal. can anyone help please. I followed the following but cannot find cancel subs renewal its almost that Norton don't want you to find it

STOP YOUR SUBSCRIPTION FROM AUTOMATICALLY RENEWING

  1. Sign in to your Norton account.

  2. On the My Account page, located either next to or below the subscription for which you want to cancel the renewal and the renewal charges, click Cancel Subscription Renewal.

  3. Confirm your cancellation.

Cant find Cancel Subscription Renewal.

Do you see Activate Subscription Renewal?

Please check your Norton account to confirm ... Automatic Renewal Off ... and no billing information. 
MY SUBSCRIPTIONS reports:  Activate Subscription Renewal ... with Automatic Renewal Off.  

BILLING INFORMATION reports:  There is no billing profile saved in your account ... with no billing information.

I believe I have seen that when you are within about 30 days of the expiry of your current subscription, the controls for Auto Renewal are not available. If this is the case, the only way to cancel would be to contact Norton Support and make the request.  www.norton.com/contactcs   If using the chat function, as soon as you can enter any information, enter "agent please". That will get you out of the chat bot and connected to a human.
